Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our family and be a major part of our sales team. The SDR will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

This position is a part time job (50%) with an option to expand the scope of the position.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Research and identify target prospects through various channels, like cold calling, emails, and social

  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs

  • Qualify leads based on criteria, like budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)

  • Handoff qualified leads to sales account managers

  • Conduct effective discovery calls to assess fit for our solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

  •  Participate in sales meetings and trainings

     

​Required Skills and Experience
 

  • Bachelor's degree\ or during degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize and take initiative

  • Ability to understand Madeira’s products and technologies

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities

  • Inquisitive nature to ask clarifying questions

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write and speak)

  • Passion for technology and the data services industry

  • Experience in technology company – An advantage

  • Microsoft DP-900 & AZ-900 certifications - An advantage

DBA TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a SQL Server and Azure SQL team lead to join our family and be a part of the management team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and be a part of a team of 6 DBAs

  • · Provide technical leadership for team members

  • · Participate in hands-on projects and activities

  • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals

  • · Review SQL Server and Azure SQL instances and provide recommendations

  • · Manage complex database environments

  • · Plan and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions

  • · Monitor and optimize database performance

  • · Take care of database security, including data encryption

  • · Participate in database design and development projects

  • · Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction

  • · Share knowledge with the team and the community
     

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience

  • · At least 5 years of experience with SQL Server and/or Azure SQL

  • · Fluent in T-SQL

  • · Experience with implementing HA/DR solutions, such as Availability Groups

  • · At least 3 years of experience in query tuning, including monitoring solutions and analyzing execution plans

  • · Service-oriented with excellent communication skills

  • · Professional, thorough, well-organized, and creative

  • · Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write, and speak)
