SENIOR DBA

We are looking for a Senior DBA to join our family in a full-time hybrid
position.

The Senior DBA will play a key role in supporting and leading complex database environments for multiple customers, driving innovation and continuous improvement both internally and externally.

The Senior DBA will work with various customers and be responsible for
managing relational databases (mainly SQL Server and PostgreSQL), including performance tuning and optimization, high availability and disaster recovery, database design, and more.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and proactively engage with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and drive database-related initiatives.
     

  • Lead and execute complex database projects, including migrations, performance tuning, HA/DR planning, and security architecture.
     

  • Manage production environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
     

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions (mainly SQL Server and PostgreSQL)
     

  • Handle multiple ongoing tasks and priorities efficiently (context switching) across various customer and internal environments.
     

  • Work with multiple internal and customer systems in parallel, ensuring smooth data flows and integrations.
     

  • Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.
     

  • Mentor and contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing.
     

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance company-wide data-related processes and solutions.

Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated, tech-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role combines both SDR responsibilities and full account management. You will generate and qualify leads, open doors with new prospects, and also manage full sales cycles – from the first conversation to closing.


You’ll engage with decision-makers in the Israeli market, understand their business challenges, and help them discover how Madeira’s data expertise can create real business impact. The role requires curiosity, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through both outbound and inbound channels
     

  • Manage full sales cycles – from the first conversation to a signed deal
     

  • Identify new business opportunities and shape account strategies
     

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs
     

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders
     

  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth processes and exceptional customer experience
     

  • Provide insights from the field to continuously improve our solutions, messaging, and processes
     

  • Participate in business development, customer retention, and community activities

Social Media & Community Manager (maternity-leave replacement)

This is a part-time (50%) remote role for a Social Media & Community Manager as a maternity-leave replacement.

The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for managing Madeira’s social media presence, operating and growing four professional data communities, leading community events, and creating content and case studies that support our brand and business goals.

  • Manage and grow Madeira’s social media channels, including planning, writing, and publishing content.
     

  • Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
     

  • Maintain and operate four active data communities
     

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute online webinars and in-person community events.
     

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand our services, products, and customers in order to create relevant and impactful content.
     

  • Work directly with customers to gather insights and produce high-quality case studies.
     

  • Support brand awareness initiatives and help drive engagement across all digital channels.
     

  • Monitor KPIs and provide basic reporting on community growth, engagement, and content performance.
