Sales Account Manager
We are looking for a motivated, tech-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
This role combines both SDR responsibilities and full account management. You will generate and qualify leads, open doors with new prospects, and also manage full sales cycles – from the first conversation to closing.
You’ll engage with decision-makers in the Israeli market, understand their business challenges, and help them discover how Madeira’s data expertise can create real business impact. The role requires curiosity, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.

Generate and qualify leads through both outbound and inbound channels

Manage full sales cycles – from the first conversation to a signed deal

Identify new business opportunities and shape account strategies

Meet and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth processes and exceptional customer experience

Provide insights from the field to continuously improve our solutions, messaging, and processes
