SQL Server Magazine is a great resource for SQL Server DBAs. It offers professional articles, white papers, code samples, blogs, and more. Content is written by some of the best SQL Server writers in the world.
I have the honor of being a member in the SQL Server Magazine Advisory Board. The role of this board is to shape the way SQL Server Magazine looks like and the content it offers to its readers. Some of the members of the board are Paul Randal, Kimberly Tripp and Itzik Ben-Gan.
The board conducts monthly meetings, and yesterday was the first meeting. Some of the issues discussed in the meeting were SQL Server 2008 R2, Virtualization and Cloud Computing. No decisions were taken at this point. I will update again after the next meeting in March.
